MeiZiXiao Code of Conduct

The MeiZiXiao Code of Conduct serves as the cornerstone for addressing all compliance and integrity matters within the Group, guiding our decisions and actions.

Our Code of Conduct continuously evolves over time. The latest version, released in December 2024, reflects emerging trends, best practices, and key topics of growing importance to the Group, such as fair competition, human rights, and accountability measures. This code is based on MeiZiXiao ’s risk mapping and double materiality analysis, conducted in accordance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The Code of Conduct applies to all employees without exception, covering every aspect of our business activities in every country where we operate. To ensure full understanding and implementation, the code is available in 17 languages.

MeiZiXiao Group holds its business partners to the same high standards. Therefore, we have introduced the Business Partner Code of Conduct, replacing the previous Supplier Code of Conduct. Additionally, the Group has implemented procedures and tools to assess the integrity of our business partners.
